Very nice upgrade! The C stick design looks funny squashed down to a slider topper, but what can you do? Both sticks look faithful to the source inspiration. Great work on the design!

The Mega arrived in the mail yesterday. It's a clone by a company called Elegoo, but fortunately the Arduino software doesn't know any different. Updated my code to light up LEDs when the 4 cardinal directions and A/B/X/Y are pressed. I still need to optimize the code with cheese's suggestions...

Are you sure that's a 3rd analog? Or just another tact with an extra large footprint? Because I'm pretty sure I have a tact like that in my parts bin.

I thought you meant that Samus dying was part of Prime's storyline. Which would be weird since there are 2 more (soon to be 3) Primes. Didn't realize you meant just die because enemies are bad. So yeah, I thought it was spoilers too since I never finished Prime.

Finally had time to mess with Arduino stuff. Cheese's code has been an incredible help which I've been able to build off of, which he has then edited and improved. Just wanted to show it off partially working. Since the Uno doesn't have enough I/O pins I can't have every button do something...

Good idea. PS1 trigger buttons are pretty shallow.

Acrylic sheets cut to size and epoxied/ABS cemented into the holes. I've only had to do this for 2 portables so far. :P

Akira deserves all the respect he gets. Glad his stuff gets recognized.
