  1. Solved Trimming further beyond

I'm betting it could, and I'm trying to look at the compendium images on your super thread but I keep getting an error when clicking on the spoilers :(
  2. Solved Trimming further beyond

Assuming the NAND is emmc, it should be 7 or 8 wires to relocate (the rest of the connections are unused data lines and lots and lots of ground (for support mainly)) EDIT: well, looks like that component you bent over IS the NAND, the other thing is actually the RAM
  3. Solved Trimming further beyond

I was looking at the compendium images and theorizing about exactly this the other day... I even see a few areas it might be even smaller, assuming no voltage layers or anything get in the way (I'll have to look later)
  4. Worklog The PiiSP

Wow, so basically, you're going to take it from "remember that time Ashen shoved a GameCube in a PSP case?" To "Remember that time Gman shoved a Wii inside a PSP case?" Haha, both achievements are/will be awesome, can't wait to see this! Good luck :)
  5. Discussion Extracting a functional powerboard from the Wii

So is this more the more efficient route than using the defacto regs that everyone has been using?

Eh... Maybe I'm just doing it wrong, but how do I open this? It downloaded as a .txt, but when opened it mentioned PDNimage or something like that... So paint.NET then I guess? Might be good info for the OP ;)
  9. Gman's Wii portable

Almost missed this! You should really put a post at the end of your thread saying it's finished ;) otherwise, awesome work!
  10. Discussion Wii and GameCube games without disc drive

iirc it's a known thing that happens, since Nintendont basically has it's own version of the DI that isn't compatible with the one from SNEEK/UNEEK
  11. Worklog Noah's JB64

So, just a heads up guys, you can cut the solder work in half, here's how... Take an IDE connector (make sure it's a 40 wire) and kinda bend the bottom pins on the cart connector together a bit, then just jam the IDE connector onto one side (since it isn't big enough for both sides) and repeat...
