Something like a laptop heat sink might do the trick after some modifications. Those are the slimmest heat sink/ fan combos I have seen and it shouldn't take much modifying to get them to work on a wii CPU/gpu.

Another update! Got the custom N64 badges created using the laser cutter an my work. The cool thing about it is that the cutter will actually cut in 3D by mapping colors to specific values of depth. Neat stuff!

Smol update time! Wired up an AV2HDMI that we got at Micro center and reused the RCA input from the AV2HDMI as composite output. Still to do: - Laser cut custom N64 badge for the front of the console - HDMI mounting bracket - Custom controllers

Those are some good looking hands. Whoever owns those hands must be generally awesome but in a refined "I deliver mail" sort of way.

I'm with SS on this one. It is doable but it would be very expensive and difficult, if you are a newbie I would recommend starting with a simpler project and working your way up to something like this.
