Is this for a portable? Because then you'd want to find a 4-layer Wii, since they use way less power, and battery life would be twice as long with a 4-layer. Both 6-layer and 4-layer have the 1.8V regulator: see voltage sections...

Could be the thickness of the wires going to your Wii, they look too thin. If you use the same wire as GND you should be good

You'll need to relocate WiFi and BT if you're using something other than Letterbomb to homebrew the Wii, otherwise you have to relocate SD too.
