  1. Ashida Wii Portable

I can't remember the noctua fan being a tight fit. The connector will be cut anyway because you solder it directly to the PMS.
  2. Question Composite on Wii only showing black screen.

Can you post some pictures of your solder work?
  3. N64HHv2: Silver-Undervolt and MGC-Green Editions

No I used this programmer: https://www.mouser.at/ProductDetail/Olimex-Ltd/AVR-ISP-MK2?qs=C3feHhap9Pq3CI42wNu37Q%3D%3D&srsltid=AfmBOoqwlfBA3shQch_LVVzF00bP8o0yQZiRq5CVWP3A3Otv7Q3_ASYF
  4. Tinytendo finaly completed

Congratz, as someone who also did two of them, I know the pain when it comes to trimming those chips. I "accidentally" built two because I initially thought I killed the chips while trimming them but later found out that the 80-pin connector wasn't properly soldered. Excellent job, well done.
  5. N64HHv2: Silver-Undervolt and MGC-Green Editions

    Sure there you go.
  6. Hili's GC Nano

Since I did my first Ashida, I always wanted to try the OMEGA trim and what better way to do it than with a GC Nano. I decided to do the V1.1 because when @Wesk released the V2 I already ordered the parts. But I will maybe do a V2 sometimes too. So here are some pictures of the build process...
  7. Solved Gmans N64 Controller PCB - BOM questions

It depends on the use case but in this case you have only 3.3V. So you can even take 10V or 6.3V caps but it is not much difference in price.
  8. Solved Gmans N64 Controller PCB - BOM questions

For the capacitors you can just take one which are 16V rated. U13 is this one: https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/microchip-technology/PIC16F15324-I-JQ/6691274 For U14 you already found the right one. J2 are the pins where you program your PIC, you can just solder wires directly to it...
  9. Question My Trimmed PS2 Won't Boot

I would also recommend removing any components around the cutting edges
  10. Hili's XBOX 360 Portable (developed by Benge)

Thank you Benge, I really liked the challenge. I killed two mainboards in the process but that's ok. If you want I can clean up the BOM with the parts that I actually used and also send you the updated pcb files.
  11. GC Nano Shell

Can anyone print me a complete purple shell for the GC Nano or does anyone have a spare one?
  12. Hili's XBOX 360 Portable (developed by Benge)

When I first saw that XBOX 360 portable from Benge I said: "Wow that's very impressive, I wanna build one myself". So I subscribed to his Patreon und studied all the files he provided for this project. I also watched the whole series of videos (with translated subtitles because I can't speak...
  13. Ashida Wii Portable

I didn't find a good USB to SD adapter either, so I recommend the SanDisk Ultra Fit or the Samsung FIT Plus USB drives.
  14. Question No video on Ashida

Did you apply the VGA patch before trimming?
  15. Ashida Wii Portable

There is an "IPS screen only" option, so you can only buy the screen.
  16. Hili's N64HHv2

I also found a case that fits pretty nice. It's not the best but it's cheap. You can find it here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006937868170.html
  17. Hili's N64HHv2

Yes it's their black resin and the shoulder buttons are nylon.
  18. Hili's N64HHv2

I finally finished my N64HHv2. After I got some trouble with the joystick calibration, I found a soultion that worked for me. Instead of using Gman's code, I used the code from Jakob Schäfer and made my own PCB for it. I attach the gerber files for anyone that has the same problem. Here are some...
  19. N64HHv2: Silver-Undervolt and MGC-Green Editions

I solved the problem. I took the code from the "N64 Stick Converter PCB" from here https://circuit-board.de/forum/index.php/Thread/16779-N64-Stick-Converter-PCB-v3/?s=337a9b1d4d9136ade7cce0cd74c0f62a39be2385 and made my own PCB for it. I desoldered the PIC from the N64 Controller PCB and...
  20. N64HHv2: Silver-Undervolt and MGC-Green Editions

Ok so I tried both versions in SM64, the one from @Gman github and the other from @CrazyGadget. With the code from github, Mario walks very slowly in every direction. With the code which @CrazyGadget sent me, Mario runs when I move right and down but only walks when I move up and left. I did the...
