Hi, does anyone know how many Ohm resitors and wires I should need?

You might get this a lot but I didn't know trimming the motherboard was this hard. Also how do I test my PTH08080s with the multimeter to see if they are working or not?

I checked with my multi meter and put it on ground and heard a beep, so does that mean there is signal? idk

Finally fixed the rough edges with the dremel and sanding.

How will I know if I sanded enough though? Instead of it being smooth?
