OG REV3 upgrade to 480p and case

the 480p screen driver board i think has different screw holes than the original, so you need to borrow Dustin Fisher's screen mount for it. G-Boy PCB Files? | BitBuilt - Giving Life to Old Consoles here's a link to the G-boy Case files G-Boy PCB Files? | BitBuilt - Giving Life to Old Consoles

Solved Getting into making the Ashida

that looks a little sketchy, as it is from ali express. it likely doesn't have many if any of the features of the legit gc+2 and i doubt it is RVLoader compatible. it also lacks the casellated edges of the 4 Layer Tech version, which limits if not eliminating compatibility with the Ashida...

Question Can I just purchase a Wii motherboard instead of a console?

It isn't hard to get a 4 Layer Wii. just get a black standard Wii or a Wii family edition and then get a motherboard from that.

Wii Omega Trim Commission Request for GC Nano Build

Dude, this belongs in the user buying section. not in the wii questions section. Also, no one is likely to accept, as the omega trim is very extreme. people charge plenty for standard trims, let alone the most advanced and extreme one out there. So good luck to you.

Question Total newbie here! I'm interested in getting into Wii portables.

You should try the Ashida. It has a convenient BOM (Bill Of Materials) which goes over everything you need. there are tones of worklogs about it and you only need to order from a few places to accumulate all the parts you need. It also uses custom PCBs for stuff like the controller and the...

    Question Portable wii problems ??

Dude, you need to clean up your wiring. it is hard to tell what's even going on with your wiring there. I don't know what screen you are using, but you should check or redo the voltage and signal wires on the Wii. There is a possibility that your screen is just garbage. If so, then try the...

Question Getting started on an Ashida - Trim and Power

only buy the PMS-2 if you are rich, already removed the 1.8v reg, doing a trim more extreme than the standard trim, or really care about the most accurate battery percentage readings known to man. The PMS-lite does practically the same things, but it has a lower price tag, packs the same...

    Worklog Obligatory Ashida First Build

I don't think it's necessary to relocate U10 if you are using the PMS-Lite or the PMS-2, as it has built in U10 emulation. you just have to wire the U10 via to the U10 pad in the PMS-2/Lite as shown on the 4 layer tech website
