thanks. You should defiantly design some customs pcbs. that would make it a cleaner portable overall, and it would align with your goals nicely, as well as making it easier for others to build if you open sourced it in the future.

UPDATE TIME: did some more work on the controller slate, now has speaker holes and mounting points for the hinges. Printer is STILL Broken, haven't gotten to finish fixing it as I have been busy with schoolwork. Progress will be very slow, as I don' have much time to just sit and do design...

That is undervolting, and doing that won't always work. if you are doing something with a psu, you probably won't even need to undervolt your Wii. The 1.8 volt line is a REQUIREMENT. eliminating it would mean your trim will NOT work. it is possible to run 1.8v and 1.15v lower, but only try this...
