Yes, this is a problem with all GC+ I test when there's no stick wired up. The controller doesn't know what to do so it starts spitting random values.

Make sure you've entered a valid postal code. The store calculates shipping costs from the USPS API so if you put in a postal code that doesn't exist you'll get no shipping options since it doesn't know where it's going. Seems to be working fine for me. Send me a PM if the issue persists.

Can attest, these are the best. They'll power a portable 64 for around 5 hours.

N64 only needs 3.3V to run, technically. The on board video encoder requires 5V so your console will boot but you'll have no video. If you use UltraVGA you won't need 5V and can run everything off of 3.3.
