Sounds like you might have a couple loose wires, try pulling lightly to see if anything pops out. If everything seems solid you might want to try reflowing the solder on each of the data lines going to the PMS, GC+, and U-AMP

That looks like the correct location for U10 relocation, you will need to solder a wire to the CPU via on the other side of the board labelled U10 in the diagram that @JamesPi linked
