Question safely removing cpu and coprocessor

i recently got my hands on a solder and rework station, tried removing some smaller chips with the air and it worked great but i seem to be having trouble getting the cpu and coprocessor to budge and i feel like if i go above 350c i could damage the chips. Do you guys have any tips for doing this?

On my hot air station I go full 450c with the highest airflow setting. You just gotta blast that thing before the motherboard becomes too much of a heatsink. And try not to turn any aluminum capacitors into rocket ships in the process.

This should go without saying, but obviously you want to focus the airflow on the legs, and try to keep them all evenly heated by going in little circles over each one. I've had a few that have taken way longer than they should, and others that have come right off. Just make sure you've got some tweezers handy and keep lightly pressing up or to the side with them until the pins are all molten and it wants to come off.
