Are we talking microscope or electron microscope?, because I can't see anything on it at 600x zoom.

It's visible with bare eyes. This one is a Broadway-1. It says LUIGICR (Luigi cost-reduced), which seemingly is the codename of Broadway-1, while the original large-substrate 65nm Broadway (Broadway B) is simply "LUIGI".

Never seen anything like this on a 90nm Broadway or Broadway A so far... probably just because it was always hidden under the silicone. If someone has some Broadway and Broadway A units and wants to delid them.... just have a look for it! Would be some interesting trivia.

does anyone has picture of the back side of broadway and holiwood chip i was curios have many pins do they use and does it have any intresting patters underneath and maybe some more info like how wide are the balls spacing between them and so on
