Where do I even start.. (probably with apologizing for forgetting the circle trim)
This is my first and definitely not the last MGC I will be attending! I had a blast and everyone was so kind to my friend (who's not very active in the community) and I (who is always a nervous wreck for pretty much anything and everything)!
I didn't bring any of my own projects, so most of my pictures are just going to be of other peoples stuff. Even still, it was cool being able to just chat with everyone about some thing.
The Tiny Console Trio
I brought my Kawaii and let Yveltal use it for the show. He didn't bring a black shell so it was perfect! Also, that brass shell is VERY heavy compared to a fully assembled Kawaii. I wonder if that extra weight would let it sit in the dock better? I must also pay respects to the UltraWii Sakura. o7
Nice to see alphaSNES in person, its so pretty (lets ignore the fact its non-functional)
Also got to see Cy's OpeN64, and even got an unpopulated OpeN64!
Froggo's stuff is pretty cool. I even watched the watch video (what a weird sentence) at the hotel Saturday morning. Though I still don't know what time it is..
Froggo was giving away stickers, my legit sticker I put on my GBA SP, the one I yoinked because it was left behind I put on my laptop:
Got iQube and 43da in this b! Definitely wanting to build an iQube once released.
Got these PCBs from the Gman himself. very cool
The preview on Friday was mostly spent exploring the building, but that's not to say nothing happened! I spoke with/met Yveltal, Y2K, Froggo, Cheese, and probably others I'm forgetting big time on.
Saturday was spent exploring the Vendor Hall (aka searching for the Wiis that Kamp had sent a pic of) and chilling with everyone in the BB room. Loopj finally showed his face and I had a pretty funny interaction with him.
Pig Spotted:
Sunday was mostly spent in the BB room, with a little bit of time at the beginning in the day checking out the vendor hall one last time. The soldering speedrun competition was so much fun, even if i kinda cheated by having already built one.. it's okay though, Gunnar showed us all up with his insane minute 40 time!
The after party was nice too, even if it was cut short for us. We weren't planning on being able to go into Up Down anyway, so no hard feelings to anyone who wasn't thinking about it.

I found it funny how the #1 way to get people out is to interrupt their convos and constantly say "get the fuck out".
Genuinely thank you to everyone for making me feel welcome here! Can't wait for next year!
