I would say looking at the guides on here, Shanks compendium and streamers vods like gingers videos are a good place to start.

Well if you can’t get H and V sync working you can always use composite.

Yeah I think the main issue is that 18500 is like 18650s less cool cousin. I wanted to go with 18650's this time around but design wise it just wasn't in the cards. :(

I would also redownload the firmware from the website it’s rare but sometimes files can get corrupted when downloading them so double check your SCL, SDA, D+, D-, and the format of your SD card then try flashing with a freshly downloaded bin file

Did you accidentally flash pms2 instead of pms2-lite firmware? I don't know if there is any difference but your lite is reading as a pms2 so that might be the root of your issue

Nice job! I always applaud people that can solder to the h and v sync without using magnet wire. Looks very clean!
