According to the parameters of the power module you sent, this is okay.

Then you should check the resistance values to ground for each voltage. The NAND may have been normal before shipment, but there's no guarantee that the bumps during transit didn't cause the NAND solder pins to detach. You still need to re-inspect the NAND pins.

If the Wii console boots normally after relocating the U10 and NAND chips before trimming the motherboard, you should recheck the resistance values and voltages, then verify the continuity of the NAND pins (as trimming may have caused pin disconnection). You should prioritize replacing the AVR-RVL chip.

If you've disabled the Wi-Fi module, you can still boot into the Wii system without Wi-Fi. If you only see a black screen upon startup, you should check whether Bluetooth is properly connected. Also, the Wii system does not support VGA display.

I've encountered a similar issue before, but after switching it on, it automatically enters the RVLoader.

Your solder joints are terrible. You need to clean off the excess solder and re-solder them. Additionally, apply more flux and increase the soldering iron temperature to ensure your joints are smooth and full.
