SafeMoon protocol is a combination of RFI tokenomics and an auto-liquidity generating protocol.
Both keys must have the same asymmetricKeyType, which have to be considered one of 'dh'(for Diffie-Hellman), 'ec' , 'x448', or 'x25519' (for ECDH-ES). Creates and returns a Verify object that uses the given algorithm. Use crypto.getHashes() to acquire an array of names of the obtainable signing algorithms. Because public keys may be derived from non-public keys, a private key may be passed instead of a public key.
