The soldering on the Vias looks okay. Just make sure you did not mix up D+ and D-. The wire on UP looks like it is fraying. It might not be the cause but it should be fixed.

The bracket uses the 2 holes for alignment but since they are a bit too far from the connector to provide support it's actually super-glued down to the motherboard, and the motherboard is trimmed tightly to the enclosure and also some epoxy used to hold it in the enclosure.
