Customer service is JetBlue Airways' top priority. Because of this, the airline's ambitions for its new at Jetblue JFK Terminal International Airport put the passenger experience first. JetBlue and Gleeds have collaborated on a number of projects since 2006, including the creation of Terminal 5 (T5) and Terminal 5 International (T5i), the facility's new international arrivals concourse. For the programmes, we created, put into place, and managed a cost control system. We also oversaw and evaluated the document control procedures.
