Now if I can figure out how to change your design's power cutout to fit USB-C, similar to (https://bitbuilt.net/forums/index.php?threads/ps2-ultra-slim.5077/post-68021) instead of the barrel jack, it'd be perfect for mine. lol.

Did you figure out which regulators weren't working? For future reference, and if any of us find any more broken boards, in case it's a common issue?

Mhm, also might be a common issue with broken boards on eBay as well, which if fixable, makes it cheaper, and easier for us to grab and fix to use than buying working consoles.

Definitely curious to see if it ends up being the same regulator on both boards. That would be crazy if both boards I had were having identical problems.

I actually ran into this too as well. It still works, so I didn't really think much of it. But it would be nice if it were flush with the shell, but as long as it is functional, it really doesn't bother me.

I've found that they do require a specific type of charger. Either a fast charger or super fast charger, as some cheap chargers, or ones that just provide basic charge don't seem to work. I have these specific chargers, and can confirm that they work very well: - UGREEN 65W USB C Charger Block...

I should have you send me over a set of those, FBD. lol. It would be neat to tinker around with those broken boards with those.

I would also say to try using Rufus to format the SD cards, cause I've not had luck with formatting some cards and getting them to show up on the PS2 until I used Rufus to format them. I was able to get a Lexar 1TB, Samsung 512TB, and a SanDisk 32GB MicroSD card to work using this method.
