Shorts in 3.3 v 4 layer Wii

I cut outside the lines, sanded well, but removed the u5 before checking continuity!. now at all voltage points I have continuity to ground... it's my first Wii, and besides losing my u5 I don't have another console to make measurements, help  !!!!
1.15v ... 23.5-24.2 ohm
1.1v ...102.5-105.2 ohm
3.3v ... 001 and beep noise

I change u10 unit, still short.
Explosive T tell me cann wd40 if a metal parts are in GPU o other chip because i don't put tape before cut

There are a few components along the edge of the trim that you have either cut or partially sanded through. These are most likely the source of your shorts:

You should remove the damaged components along the edge. They are not required for the system to function, so removing them won't break anything
