I'm planing on building another Ashida and I would like to give myself more room inside the console be it to remove batteries or work in the PMS, PD or whatever the case may be. Just wondering if this trim would work without giving myself too many headaches. I'm comfortable with the idea of a wireless U10 if needed.
I was careful to avoid nand lines, leave the nan cap, leave both usb vias, cut away the wii audio section, leave enough room for the AVE resistors' ground plane to still connect to ground (could trim a bit further, I don't think this is too important other than composite testing and even then, it's not really needed to have a 75ohm termination just to see if the board boots) and I trimmed a bit the 3v3 section which is what makes me doubt if I could cut an internal plane or something.
I also think I could maybe trim it a bit further but didn't want to introduce too many 90~ish degree angles. The outside corners would be curved.
