I am putting together a wii portable project and I need some help. I bought two radiators and put them on cpu/gpu and I am asking will it be enough to keep the wii working without a fan.

In open air at a reasonable air temperature, you'd most likely be able to run it sustainably. In an enclosed case, not a chance in hell. If it's going in a case of any kind, it needs a fan to push the hot air out and pull fresh air in.

Yeah unfortunately even with really big heatsinks, you still need airflow. Otherwise all of the heat that they pull off the chips stays in the case and builds up until your wii gets damaged.
