Have you shielded R, G and B with ground?

well I use old laptop lcd screen conector wires, and connect pins vga from 6 to 10 to Ground like the photo description, also I cut more the wires but no changes, some times menu load with fine pic but when i load game or wii menu vertical lines apears

This is my actually Wired board, I take RGB from RVL chip only some improvement in colors, H sync and V sync also well solded I already checked with microscope
