Here's a group of seven wii consoles on eBay, three of which are black. The shipping is pricy at $15.45, but there are only two bids as of posting this, putting the price at $10.49 ($25.94 total).

That's cool and all, but the vagueness of the post makes me think that there's likely more than just a disc drive problem. Odds are that they are all bricked or have a different issue, so it's a bit of a risk. I'd probably choose something that you know will do what you need it to.

Sounds like software or hardware brick. Ask the seller if he has more details of their condition before buying
