OK, I'll come right out. I have no idea how to wire the screen I have.
It is the same one @GingerOfOz did in the Louii.
I took a look at the internals, wired up the screen and............nothing.

I have confirmed 3.3v going to what appears to be a regulator, and have wired ground to a place on the board that was wired to ground in the photos I saw.
I have not shorted something as far as I can tell.
Anything I'm missing?

For starters I'd clear off the remnants of those inductors

What would be the best way to do that?
Kind of a noob question but those dang inductors are super stubborn

The easy way is to use a hot air station. If you don't have a hot air station, you can use a dremel to carefully grind down the bases until they're thin enough to snap in the middle with a thin flathead screwdriver

I also recommend desoldering all of the voltage out wires on the PMS, so the screen is the only load connected for the sake of variable isolation. That is provided this isn't one of those annoying screens that only turns on if it's receiving video input. I can't remember if it has that quirk

The PMS is only wired to the screen.
I annihilated removed the inductor remains, but took some of the board with it.
Here, did I ruin it, or could it still run?

You'll need to give it a good clean to remove any transient shorts, but I think it should be fine

I wired it up to test again( same layout ).
However, still nothing is happening.
I have verified that there are no shorts, and I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol.
I am hearing a weird squeak when I turn it on. Also, the power LED stays on, whether the voltages are turned on or off.
I am so confused.

Uh, ok.
I may have destroyed my THIRD SCREEN IN A ROW.
I hooked up the power lines to the Wii and the screen and nothing happened.
I am super frustrated because this is MY THIRD SCREEN!!!!!
I don't want to be demanding, but I really need help with this.
The PMS LED will not turn off either.

Can you post some more pictures of all your wiring? To the PMS, the Wii, the screen... everything!

I believe this picture is originally from Gman, but then Wesk posted it in another thread. It looks like you are using this driver board. The one pictured is really torn apart and I don't think you need to go this crazy as long as you are using this same board you should only need 3v3 in this one spot, along with ground anywhere on the board. Hope this helps, I know I've fried my share of boards and it's pretty demoralizing. You got this.

Thanks! I double checked, and the spot I connected to was the same as this one. However, the driver board should still work.
I know I went a little bit crazy with it, but that part of the board should not affect it because it is only power circuitry.
Thanks for the encouragement!
there's another problem, however.
The PMS LED does not turn off when I turn off the voltage outputs.
Hey, @Gman , is the power LED not turning off normal?
Probably not, but I'm not sure.
