there are 680ohm multi capacitors near the DAC try connecting them before the capacitors.

So I have reseated ribbon cable untwisted the h/v and still get that double image.

I’ll try and solder to where @Fly_5 mentioned in the above post and see if that works.

After trying everything that was suggested I still had a small amount of double image. I decided to leave it alone since it only happens in certain games.
