I cut the USB ports and it doesn't recognize the USB port I connected as the diagram says before cutting the same USB stick worked perfectly

Just want to point out, your powerline for 5v from the ac adapter is an incomplete circuit, you need to put the ground for the usb port from it not the console, or pull 5v from the console with the ground, the twisted wire may be your next issue. Magnet wire wound with a drill is the most recommended.

I've tried them all but nothing has changed Even if I put the negative GND connected to the USB power supply it doesn't work and it doesn't detect the USB stick
I also tried with the twisted enamelled cable and nothing changed

As vipe said, your 5v supply will not work unless there is a ground wire connected between it and the Wii. Another potential issue is the horrendously ugly cut you've made to get the USB port off the Wii. Have you sanded the cut edge properly to ensure there are no inter-layer shorts? If not, you can try removing the CM1 and CM2 components to isolate the data lines from the fucked up traces

I had to put the motherboard to GND The USB port being detached from the motherboard was not grounded It was enough to connect the USB port to the ground of the motherboard and connect the ground wire coming from the power supply to the motherboard and it worked immediately by loading the RV LOADER
Thanks for the idea of checking the ground wire
I gave ground to the USB socket cut from the motherboard but the motherboard was not grounded
