i found this thread a while ago when i opened the link for bom and it is no longer available does someone still have it? can i get it with the pcb file?

You could message Ginger and ask him for it, I imagine he'll have a copy of the BOM somewhere.
Otherwise, you could buy a PMS-PD 2 from 4layertech.com. The PD 2 does the same thing as the internal USB board, but also supports USB-C data transfer and fast charging through the same port. Paired with one of the RVL-PMS boards, it's a complete data transfer, power regulation, and charging solution for portables Wiis. Just add batteries

Thanks for the advice, yes I know it will be easier and faster but I just want to try to realize my idea whether it will work or not and this is the last ingredient for that and I found ICs TS3USB221ARSER which may be similar in function but too difficult for me to understand way to apply it
