I own a band saw and was wondering if you could use it to cut a motherboard, as long as you you sand down the edges after cutting?

I've never done it before, but you could try a cut far away from the spot you actually want to cut to and see if it cuts right. If it starts lifting up the upper/lower layers then it's a 100% no go. If it seems to cut alright then you can cut a bit away from the spot and then sand to your mark.

Maybe I'll try it on one of my cpu-01 boards first before i ruin my cpu-40's just to see how it cuts

Looks alright, if you draw the line with a sharpie probably cut right outside the line and then sand to finish, just to be sure.

Also, you can upload pictures with the Upload a File button, and insert them into your post.
