I unveil to you all, the CrapCube.
I've worked on this portable for a year now and I'm tired of fixing all the problems it had. I should've listened to everyone back in 2015/2016 that gamecube portables are obselete. After a year of stubbornness, I've finally decided to move on.
Although the video above may show that the Crapcube has a lot of issues, it actually works fine. I tore a few wires loose inside the Crapcube out of frustration, which is why the screen keeps going out. The only problems left with the Crapcube is that it overheats and the regulators make high pitched noises. Because of the cost of the regulators, my overall frustration, and the inferiority of the gamecube (I finally admit it), I've decided to lay this project to rest.
On the bright side, I enjoyed making the case.
But alas, this is not the end. I have moved on to other projects.
Because this isn't really a finished project, I wasn't sure where to put this thread. I've posted it as a worklog, but if the mods think it should be moved somewhere else, that'll be nice.
