    Hi,

    The 2DC is finished! Hope you like it. Good luck to the other contestants, work hard.


    Features:
    Real Sega Dreamcast Motherboard -- not emulation
    Loads games using a GDEMU
    Dreamcast controller emulator (ie DC+)
    -PIC32 based
    -Range/deadzone calibration for Switch Joystick
    -Integrated volume control through I2C
    -DAC for OSD menu control. Hold Start + DL = Menu, Start + DU = Up, Start + DD = Down
    -Future hardware support for VMU emulation (code does not do this currently)
    Wii PMS PCB modified for Dreamcast
    -Custom regulators ~7watts
    -Charge/Play capabilities
    -Thermal protection
    -RGB led interface
    USB-C PD charging
    5amp lithium polymer battery
    I2S Audio with speakers and headphones
    3.5" VGA 320x240
    Custom designed and molded buttons
    31mm at thickest point

    A sexy little beast you have there and nice video too. That console loading took me back to my Jet Set (Grind) Radio and Tomb Raider days, when I played them on my dreamcast! Awesome work.

    Great work Gman. What made you choose a 240p screen over a 480p for VGA?

    I dont like the 480p 3.5" panel tbh. The lcd is off centered and iirc its only 18bit color depth

    The REAL Gman wouldn't use hot glue in a portable. I don't know who this faker is, but aside from this he did a pretty good job of pulling off a successful, sexy Gman thing.

    We usually prefer paying a bit more and getting them from digikey or mouser. Anyways those are 5pin 0.5mm pitch FFC connectors with bottom contacts.

    something like that can work yes. but none of those are 5 pin. You need "5pin 0.5mm pitch FFC connectors with bottom contacts."
