Solved Screen Trouble

I am working on a louii clone. However, when the screen arrived, it (the picture) was upside-down. I e-mailed the company, and they didn't give me much help.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Should I buy from another company? Am I missing something in the menu?
Please help, I want to finish this portable by Easter.

Should be able to flip it in the menu - you can change it from something like SYS1 to SYS2, etc. which flips the screen in a bunch of ways.

I tried that, but it did not seem to do anything. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

What should happen if I change the SYS? Should it change instantly, or do I need to do something else?
Default is SYS3. Is it just a defective screen?

I'll take a look at one of the board with a RTD266 that I have tomorrow. Maybe I have a different menu, maybe not. I'll see

Oh, and by the way, my first screen was fine, but I broke it by mistake(fried driver board).
Edit: Never mind, I fixed it!
