So today I went and bought sandpaper and primer for the case.
I want to know if this can be good sandpaper to use
-220
-320
-600
-800
They didn't have 500 and 1000 grit sandpaper so I had to compromise
I also need to know what I specifically need to sand and how hard I need to sand it
And I tried to find good shuddering stations
Should I use the Weller WLC100 or go all out and get the Hakko FX-888D

The Weller will do the job fine, no real need to get a Hakko straight up.

As for the sand paper, that assortment is fine. 1200 wetsand produces the best finish, but it's not needed. As for where to sand, yes. All of it. Sand, apply primer, let it dry, repeat. Start coarse and move up as you apply more primer and the gaps start getting smaller.

I'd dry sand until you're on your last/second last coat, then wetsand for the smoothest finish if that's something you value. Just make sure your sandpaper is waterproof, basic white backed sandpaper will turn to mush in water.

When I sand PLA, I wet sand the whole time. PLA has a tendency to soften and gum up the paper really quickly if you don't keep it wet to keep the temperature down. Also completely eliminates dust which is nice. I just keep a bucket of water next to me, and dunk the case every now and then just to keep it damp.
