Question RVL power management fried?

I accidentally connected my power inputs for the RVL power management backwards and now it’s not turning on. Sinking another $65 into a part because of a stupid mistake is not in the best interest of a jobless high schooler. Any tips? Can I get this thing working again? Thanks.

You probably need to replace U7 the BQ IC. You will need a hot air station to do it. The part number and link to buy IC is in the rvlpms github BOM

You'll need to completely remove the pms for the rework also, if you hot air in the case it will melt
