I recently finished a Raspberry Pi Portable designed for emulating retro games. It's not as perfect as I want it to be, but future iterations will put this one to shame. Really proves that you can make some super clean looking cases with 3D printing. Did you use anything special like a coat of epoxy, or just lots of sanding?
Sanding + spot putty. It would have looked much cleaner if I used something thicker than spot putty, like bondo, but I didn't have access to it at the time.
Very nice. I like that you used a stronger version of the pi rather than a zero. The exterior is awesome and exceptionally smooth for a 3D printed case. I love the shoulder buttons too. Any inside pictures?
Great job with the case there pescadl, and sorry if this is a weird question but how come the boot up screen stays for sometime?
It just takes a while to boot up. I've got a raspberry pi 3, so hopefully it'll boot up faster than the rpi 2.
