Hi All,
I have decided I really want to have a go at creating my own Portable PS2. Unfortunately I do not have too much electronics experience, I only know the basics really. I also know this is a massive task for someone with my knowledge but I love a challenge!
Now, the problem is I don't know where to start. I understand I will need to trim down a PS2 motherboard, for which I want to follow this tutorial below.
However, I am honestly am so confused by it. I have attached the sort of thing I am referring too in the guide that I am confused about. I see they are labelling which parts of the board does what however how do I go about building from this? Do I just solder the parts onto anywehre in the highlighted coloured areas, surely not??
I know I sound really stupid, but if anyone could clear this up for me that would be great. Or any general help would be amazing.
