can i use the ps2 motherboard scph 77006? for portable? and im curious if i can use my smartphones lcd to make a portable?

The only PS2 that is well documented for trimming is the 7900x. The others might be usable, but don't expect to be able to trim them.

As for the screen, no. You cannot use a screen for a portable unless it comes with a drive board that accepts a video signal the video game console can put out.
