Here is the final revision of the front printed:
I moved the speakers from the bottom left and right corners to the middle. I designed a mini sound chamber for the speakers and it sounds amazing, with no distortion even at the highest volume level.
I've invested too much time and money and multiple revisions of different custom audio amplifier pcbs, so I'm settling for a simpler custom amp board that works and sounds great.
I have everything installed on the bottom half excluding the heatsink that is not pictured that just drops into place. Unfortunately had to relocate some things I didn't want to originally. Have yet to test everything. Now just need to wire it all up!
ps: I have not yet mastered the art of wiring, still a little spaghetti-ish
