Good evening hi this is my first time that I design a portable ps2, to be premised that I want to make a portable ps2 on a model scph 79004 so that I can make a cut to the motherboard and make it smaller, for the moment for experiment I have a card ps2 obviously not the scph 79004 model to practice. Now I would like to buy the materials for the PS2 portable SCPH 79004 already. The portable console I would like to do with the HDMI port I would like to apply the following specifications on my PS2 Portable SCPH 79004:
1) 1024x600 7-inch ips tft screen that can be connected via HDMI via adapter.
2) Battery that lasts at least 5 hours I don't know whether to buy 18650 batteries or lipo batteries.
3) Bluethooth audio chip to connect audio devices from 4.0 onwards.
4) 1 normal controller port to connect a joystick.
5) Orange pi zero plus to load games and implement the number of USB ports by placing a hub of at least 2 USB 2.0 ports for loading games in high speed.
6) 1 Jack to charge the battery and power the portable ps2.
7) 1 3.5mm headphone jack.
8) Mini switch to power the portable ps2 power supply board.
9) Put a 128 GB SD card.
10) Put an HDMI port by connecting it in parallel on the adapter so as to keep an HDMI port by connecting it to the TV.
11) Put a mini button to reset the ps2.
12) Load ps2 games through the opl open ps2 loader program or by connecting it with a network port and transferring them to FileZilla Server?
13) Put an audio chip to adjust the volume more or less and also the mute button if needed.
14) Put usb of the same portable ps2 motherboard to connect the various joystick both ps3 and ps4 and ps1 and put a bluethooth to connect the wireless joesticks both ps3 and ps4.
Thanks a lot for everyone I would be honored if you give me a hand to do this project or any advice my goal is to do it similar to a portable PS2 like on aliexpress or a wii u. Sorry for my inaccurate English language.:D

OKAY!!! Lets see if I can do this in numerical order:

1) The screen resolution you've selected is a little unusual, but should work, do you have a particular model in mind?
2) Batteries designated 18650 are just a cylindrical version of a lithium polymer (lipo) battery, the alternative being a prismatic, or pouch cell, usually shaped like a rectangle or a square, is that what you mean? Because if so I think most would recommend cylindrical cells, as they offer a lot of performance advantages, and they're available in sizes from 18650, 20650, 21700 and a few others, but if you want 5 hours of play you're probably going to need at least 40 w/h of combined capacity.
3) Doing Bluetooth audio will probably take a bit of creative thinking, so I'm not gonna get into that now
4) Given your desire to have a secondary controller port for a the use of a joystick, can I assume you plan to prop it up on a stand or something for certain games, and if so is that something you're going to want to include in the main casing?
5) I'm going to need you to elaborate a little on your game loading method, because if you're using the Pi to load games then I assume you intend to use the Ethernet loading feature of OPL, but if that is the case then I don't know how much of a speed boost, if any, you would get from using two identical sticks in some sort of RAID configuration, but if there have been new developments in this area to enable such a thing, then that's great!!
6) Single power jack is more than possible
7) You might consider getting the U-AMP from the BitBuilt store https://store.bitbuilt.net/u-amp/ it would seem to have everything you need
8) Don't really know what you mean by that
9) What would you want/need a 128 GB SD card for?
10) Don't really know what you mean by that
11) You might consider getting the PS2+ from the BitBuilt store once it becomes available, as it includes a system reset function in the normal button pad, it's actually super cool.
12) Yes you can do that with the Pi
13) U-AMP
14) Don't really know what you mean by that, but what I do understand doesn't seem possible

So first of all thank you very much for your availability and sorry ;) if I answered late yes I practically have a model of the screen already selected the batteries then I will take 18650 5600mah to have 5 hours but still and to be evaluated with the tester when it will absorb everything right? The audio to connect the buethooth I will see onwards but I will think about it as regards the joystick I want to put a usb hub to expand the usb ports of the same of the ps2, I want to put 2 usb to be able to connect the various joysticks and some usb stick to be able to copy and put the bluethooth usb stick to be able to connect the joystik ps3 and ps4 here is the link of the tutorial , the rescues or load the games all through opl ( open ps2 loader) then then I wanted to put a usb to micro sd adapter to be able to put a 128 gb sd category 10 to premise I saw a user who used a raspberry to be able to load the ps2 games here is the link the loading speed of the games on opl via raspberry is similar or exceeds it and there is no lag in the movies. Then to put a usb 2.0 hub I wanted to implement other ports to load games being that orange pi zero plus only brings one, so I would like to expand it to at least two then a switch to turn the ps2 portable on and off, obviously an hdmi port that you can connect the new hd televisions via a larger screen obviously i need a scart-hdmi adapter reset the ps2 then you will see, i will be able to connect via orange pi zero plus by connecting it to the internet with zilla file server and copy the games from the usb port always connecting a 128 gb sd adapter then for when the reset of the ps2 will wait or I will do otherwise, I will put a 128 megabyte memory card to be soldered on port 1 and another 128 megabyte memory card to be soldered on port 2, the besties and the case I make them last I wanted to know since I would like to start making the project of the ps2 scph 79004 I would like to buy the following materials I wanted to know from you if they go b ene or not I write you a list in numerical order:
1) 1024x600 7 inch ips screen https://it.aliexpress.com/item/3297...b-3ab9-4da6-afa0-b854f4d3e6ab0-6aaaab6c4f4d3e -b854f4d3e5cf-5 & btsid = 0be3743b15924782468594335e9487 & ws_ab_test = searchweb0_0, searchweb201602_, searchweb201603_
2) I leave the battery hanging.
3) bluethooth 4.0 module to be able to connect bluethooth headphones https://it.aliexpress.com/item/3301...59p&algo_pvid=0bbcf5a4-8edd-4648-b8cf0a0d0f0a -464d-857b-da654604d029-35 & btsid = 0ab6f82c15924786077911671e1a7a & ws_ab_test = searchweb0_0, searchweb201602_, searchweb201603_
4) As for the port of the secondary controller I do not put it more original but I will connect them via usb or bluethooth to be able to detect via opl.
5) Orange pi is a new model with multiple sneza usb ports that I put a hub to implement the ports https://it.aliexpress.com/item/3244...72c1gFUC1&gps-id=pcDetailBottomMoreThisSeller = 1007.13339.146401.0 & scm_id = 1007.13339.146401.0 & scm-url = 1007.13339.146401.0 & pvid = d20a9684-3ebe-4fe7-b69c-a38245638dfb & _t = gps-id: pcDetailBottomMoreThisSeller, scm-url: 1007.13339.146401.0, pvid: d20a9684-3ebe-4fe7- b69c-a38245638dfb, tpp_buckets: 668% 230%% 23,131,923 2313_668% 23808% 235965% 23331_668% 23888% 233325% 2314_668% 232 846% 238 111% 232 717% 237 564%% 23451_668 23681_668% 233164% 239976% 23188
6 and 7 I find it on bit built
8) A mini switch to turn the ps2 laptop on and off like this one https://www.ebay.it/itm/Bipolar-deviator-dipter-DPDT-a-3-positions-on-off-on-6-pin- 250V-10A-2041/264402447140? hash = item3d8f9d2b24: g: HKEAAOSwvFNdMJoA
10) I need a piece of the HDMI connector to be able to connect the portable PS2 console to an HDMI TV
11) Will I reset my own creation or will I use the one of ps2 itself?
12) Okey will do a test with orange pi
13) I will buy the audio chip but if I remember correctly I should already have some audio chip somewhere to be able to increase and decrease the volume via keys
14) Practically I was saying that the original usb of the ps2 maybe I remain them to be able to connect the joysticks of the ps3 or ps4 via opl that can be done already seen and perhaps also to be able to connect via joystick via bluethooth both the ps3 and ps4 controller here is the link where I saw it Then I wanted to know one last thing I have to do a normal standard cut or an advanced cut I wanted to know which motherboard cut was safer and if I could do it an intermediate cut that also remained the buffer battery inside the ps2, in my opinion before putting the following components I will have to cut the ps2 motherboard this dremel is fine for I wanted to know but if I do the normal cut to the card can I keep the lan port of the ps2 that I need to start games and for uploads?

The standard cut runs through the LAN port, but if you'd like to keep it intact, or at least keep the pad holes intact, you can just modify the cut to go around it. You may need to reroute the 5 volts it uses, but that's easy to do, you just need to run a wire.
