Question OEM Memory Card?

Hey all,

I dug this out of one of my drawers.

As you can see its got NUS-10 on it, and says NINTENDO on one side.

However, it only has one chip as opposed to two..

Do you know if this is an aftermarket part or OEM? Are there any OEM models with only one ram chip?

All first party packs have 1 chip, 3rd party have 2. This is a 36 megabit chip (similar to what youd find on a rev 6 or higher) while the third party packs use 18 meg (the same as a rev 5 and lower console.)

Thank you! Thats good news. That particular mem pack is very slim, so I will use it instead of swapping RAM on the board

You can even do a board bend it if you need it thinner.
