I would if I had any, but sadly I don't... As for any US sellers who may want to ship one, if you take the mobo out of it's shell and wrap it in bubble wrap, you can fit it in a small flat rate box (which has a flat international price as well, 33USD to Australia).

Wiis are all the same. It’s only a software difference and all NTSC games will run at 60Hz even on a PAL Wii. If you really want an NTSC Wii you can turn a PAL one into an NTSC by replacing the OS on it

I've been trying to do that for the last 4 hours. I must be doing something wrong.
