Now that I disconnected I don’t get any volts, I still get the 3.3v but nothing on the 5 ,i connected the two wires to the Nintendo board before the batteries and any of the two wires touched each other,I have the ps2 pms too and also I don’t get the 5 volts either,I get all the rest of the volts but on the 5v nothing

Did you lift the 5v pin on the 5v regulator that is on the n64?

Ok, it looks like you are connecting an adjustable power supply as a multimeter. You need a multimeter to measure voltage. You are connecting a power supply in parallel with the voltage regulators which will probably break it.

I did lift the pin on the regulator, and for the multimeter I do have one it was on my right on the table, I used it too but I’m not sure if it was before the adjustable power supply.
I tested all the volts with that and just the 5volt is the one not working on both of my pms boards ,is there a way to fix the 5volts on the board?

I dont understand that power supply myself but I wouldn't trust it either. You should only use a multimeter.

If you discconnect all the output wires and only wire up battery, led, and switch. If it isn't working, then it is probably broken.

Did you try to disconnect the 5v wire from the n64 and see if the output is there on the n64pms?

I really hate to bring back dead threads but did you ever figure out this issue? I am having a similar problem.
