Unseen(the original dev of GCVideo) did this testing with his scope over on gc-forever. Your old pal was over there makin' a ruckus tryin' to figure out all the facts of latency. When that picture came out I was so happy, and to finally have a number, even in nanoseconds compared to the onboard encoder made my day.
