Hello, after 2 years, I finally finished my first ever portable. I was 15 years old when I started to do it. This is my PS2P, it made from PVC plastic and it houses 7 inch screen, PS2 90004 in almost unchanged form, 4200 mAh battery, 2.4 GHz gamepad with sacrificed DualShock 2 controller for buttons and sticks. My goal was to make easy to assemble and create portable in cheapest way possible. PS2 wasn’t modified much and can be converted back in it’s regular PS2 Slim form. It can work for 2.15 hours strait, but it also connects to custom power supply created from PS2 Slim internal PSU and I can connect it to TV using standard AV Multi Out port on the bottom. It works like normal PS2, so you can connect external gamepads and play in multiplayer mode. In mind was dock station, but I can’t find some parts for it. It’s not cleanest portable in any way, it done low on budget an using knife, soldering iron, hot glue and superglue. Please don’t comment about imperfections of exterior, it just works and for me it’s enough.
