After working on and off on this for the past couple months, I'm finally in a state where I'm comfortable calling this thing done. I've had 2 very long play sessions without a single issue, and all the functions are working flawlessly. My build uses a PCBWay UTR-8100 translucent case. I was originally going to use a case printed out on my Ender 3, but the tolerances didn't work out and I ended up having to go the PCBWay route. I think the case came out really nice, save for the scuffs and scratches that came on it. The resin buttons are from DaFunkGaming and they're absolutely incredible. The color scheme came out almost exactly how I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it. I didn't relocate Bluetooth in this build, just MX. I honestly couldn't see a reason I would ever hook up Wiimotes so I decided to just save myself the trouble.
Massive thanks to @Wesk along with the guys at 4LayerTech. The case design is just perfect and the integration with all the custom PCBs is some of the best I've seen in any portable design.
Anyway, here are my photos. I'll be the first to admit that the internals could be a whole lot cleaner, I was trying to keep all the wires organized, but I had to rewire just about every connection at least once so that didn't really end up happened. Once again, massive thank you to everyone that's helped me get to this point. Whether it was directly helping me troubleshoot or just pointing me in the right direction a year or two ago, I'm extemely thankful. I can't wait to start on my next one.
