Monitor Voltage Conversion

I'm thinking about using a 5" monitor in my next project.
I was considering this one from the BOM:

Is it possible to convert one of these to run on 5v?
If so, how?
I've done a lot of searches, and it seems like this kind of info is hard to find.

Yes, that is definitely possible. It might even be possible to run it off of 3.3v
To know how however, ill need a close up picture of the driver board or the names of some of the ics its using.
Since its in the BOM however I think @Gman might already have some info on this board, not sure.
