Very nice wiring. Though, you forgot to peel off the protective plastic film from the copper plate. You should remove it to avoid overheat

I pealed a blue film off of both sides. Is there more? I scratched at the surface with a razor blade because I thought the same thing. I think the surface is etched where the air bubbles were.

Ah nevermind then, it looked like air bubbles from the picture.

I appreciate it Aurelio. I'd hate to kill this over something so simple.

The guide wasn't clear on what thermal interface material is to be used. I used some Noctua NT-H1 I had lying around. Was I supposed to reuse the old thermal pads?
