Looking to buy N64 video output chip (MAV-NUS)

Looking to buy an MAV-NUS N64 video output chip for an NUS-CPU-08 N64 console. I'm pretty sure the composite video DAC portion of the MAV-NUS chip is busted since the output is an attenuated composite signal. I've troubleshot it once before with an oscilloscope and everything looked fine except for the output, and I can even get the picture to show up (that rolls from top to bottom) on a CRT if I change the input impedance from 75Ω to 1kΩ. The guy I bought it from said it wouldn't output a picture after a thunderstorm if I'm not mistaken, so I wouldn't be too surprised if this chip took the hit. Thanks in advance!
