Question Kingston adapter problems

I have Kingston adapter with 128gb Samsung Evo plus formatted to 32kb clusters and exfat
With BB loader But I get an error plugged into wii

Pressing a with newly acquired GameCube controller doesn't do anything either maybe broken controller as doesn't work in prii

Note can't get into safe menu either

I think my adapter is the wrong one or fake

I previously had SanDisk usb working with pm then I tried to install BB loader realises I had no GameCube controller so try to not load to it through priiloader and then pm does load games

So is this right adapter
Also any ideas why homebrew screen
specifcally is upside down

Your homebrew channel is upside down because of modified cIOS's installed by BBLoader. Pay it no mind.

Unfortunately after formatting it to 32768 fat32 using guiformat and adding bbloader it still give the same error as last time
this is want my usb (kingston) looks like
