I am making a wii laptop with the original wii case and i am looking to cover up the GC controller holes and the memory port in the case. I am thinking of cutting little plastic circles to put in, but i do not know what product to use to join them. i was looking at plastic putty, but i honestly do not know if that is the best option.

If you have two pieces of plastic touching each other, super glue works very well. It can fill small gaps as well. If it's a larger gap, one thing you could use is Bondo. It's not extremely sturdy, though.

I'd only use bondo as a smoothing putty. Use epoxy or JBWeld to bond the plastic together and then bondo if you want to make it look pretty.
